From 2020 to 2024 I launched and edited a digital magazine for Adventure Uncovered, a platform promoting adventure with purpose. My role encompassed creative direction, editorial strategy, commissioning, editing, writing, and business development – all on a small budget. It was an incredible learning experience in a sector I'm really passionate about.

While editor I increased web traffic by around 10x and grew a readership of ~4000 per edition, expanding our audience for wider event sales. I also added two additional revenue streams (sponsorship and subscriptions) and implemented systems to streamline workflow across the business. Most importantly, I commissioned and produced an array of pieces challenging and expanding the scope of traditional outdoor storytelling.
